As our businesses grow, shift, and evolve, we often find ourselves with quality equipment and gear we no longer need — from commercial gym equipment and AV setups to point-of-sale systems, business fixtures, machinery, maintenance, and more. What we offer changes often, but one thing stays the same: we provide dependable items at fair prices. No gimmicks, just good deals.

PAYMENT TERMS

Items are first-come, first-served and not held without a deposit
Accepted payment methods: Cash
Payment is due at the time of pickup

PICK-UP

By appointment only
Most equipment is very heavy - please bring adequate help to load
A loading dock and pallet jacks can be made available (let us know in advance)
A forklift operator may be available to assist, with prior scheduling
Bring your own equipment to secure items to your trailer or vehicle (straps, blankets, etc).
All equipment must be picked up within 10-days or purchase

TRANSPORT POLICY
To ensure the safety of all parties, the public, and compliance with transportation laws, the following policy applies to all equipment purchases:

Equipment must be transported in a safe and legal manner, in full compliance with all transportation laws and guidelines
All large or heavy equipment must be transported using a properly rated truck or trailer capable of safely handling the item's weight and size
Buyers are responsible for providing and using appropriate tie-downs or straps before departure
Loading help must be provided by the buyer if needed, unless otherwise arranged.

⚠️ We reserve the right to refuse release or decline sale of any equipment for any reason, including if the intended method of transport is deemed by seller to be unsafe, inappropriate, illegal or non-compliant with transportation laws and guidelines. This includes but is not limited to:

Makeshift rigs or improvised transport setups
Transporting on or behind a vehicle not designed for such use
Any method that violates road safety standards, laws or hauling guidelines
Any situation we determine poses a risk to safety or equipment integrity

SHIPPING | FREIGHT

We do not make arrangements for shipping or freight delivery but, buyer may make arrangements, if unable to pickup
All freight must be coordinated in advance and align with facility hours, availability and guidelines
Buyer is responsible for all communication with shipping carrier and seller, scheduling and coordination, shipping paperwork, guidelines and documentation
We will do our best to accommodate on our end but, the buyer and carrier must manage most of the logistics
Any costs for packing and securing equipment will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any labor beyond moving and basic securing of equipment, etc. may be billed to buyer.
All equipment must be picked up within 10-days or purchase unless agreed to by seller.

CONDITIONS, INSPECTION & WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

All equipment is sold as-is. While we’ve inspected and tested the items to the best of our ability, there may be issues we’re unaware of. We encourage buyers to inspect equipment in person before purchase and departure. Pricing reflects the as-is condition, and no warranties or guarantees are offered.
